People don’t resist change they resist being changed.
1. Don’t be afraid to ‘type’ your team. Are they driven risk-takers, cautious over analysers, ahead-of-the-trenders, guarantee-seekers etc?
This isn’t about casting judgement. It is about gauging their personality types and likely resistance or willingness to change. Who are likely to be ‘on your side’ quickly? They are the people who will help you sway the others.
2. Know the Benefits
