The face behind the business…
Belinda Faulkner started INSYNRG in 2009 with an online marketing focus to assist businesses to connect with their markets online.

More recently she has connected with her roots in business – both as an employee, and employer. Belinda’s strengths are in communications – especially public speaking and training.

As a manager she was always the one presenting training and was renowned for her innovative and engaging presentations designed to effectively hit the message home. This was demonstrated by her team of QA process workers volunteering to come in early for regular extra training in problem solving and thinking.

Belinda works with businesses to build stronger teams with custom designed training specific to your business.

Belinda works with managers to instil confidence, honing their strengths and working on improving their verbal communication skills. Her skills are especially valuable to new managers without much experience of managing teams and managers who are required to deliver presentations for work – to colleagues, directors and clients.

The greatest skill Belinda brings to the table is her ability to cut through to the core of an issue and eliminate the confusion that can be like static blocking the transmission of clear, concise messages.

More recently Belinda has been studying and performing stand up comedy. This is a valuable skill in the workplace. Injecting some humour into a presentation can relax the listeners and open them to the messages that need to be conveyed.
